Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy: Indoor Experience: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund. Outdoor Experience: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours but at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund.
