Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy: Indoor Experience: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund. Outdoor Experience: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours but at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions and Special Circumstances: In cases of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that prevent safe participation in the outdoor experience (e.g., heavy rain, lightning storms), customers will be offered the option to reschedule their booking at no ad
